Our Nitrogen Gas Die Spring product line includes:
MCS Series
Cylinder with body diameters of ¾”
(19mm) and 1” (25mm) and strokes from .275”
(7mm) up to 4.92” (125mm). Available with and without Threaded Bodies.
NE Series
NE Series - Stock lifters are available
with full range strokes from .39-3.94" (10-100mm) and M16 x 1.5 or
M24 x 1.5 threaded bodies. Adjustable forces from 10-383 lbs.
SC Series
Our ISO standard series includes all ISO
sizes and are also available with threaded bodies. The body diameters
range from 1.259” (32mm) up to 5.906” (150mm) and strokes
from .626” (10mm) up to 11.811” (300mm). Unique to Moeller,
we feature a larger model with a body diameter of 6.496” (165mm)
and a force of 22,500 lbs.
H Series
Dimensionally the same as our SC Series
(ISO), but designed with a larger rod diameter allowing for greater force
than an ISO size cylinder. This cylinder is completely interchangeable
with SC Series (ISO) nitrogen cylinders, but delivers a greater force.
HR-Series
Moeller's "HR Series" delivers
the highest force in the least amount of space available in the market
today. Sizes of cylinders range from 0.98” (25mm) up to 4.72”
(120mm) body diameters with strokes ranging from .200” (5mm) up
to 4.92” (125mm). Forces are available from 450 to 14,850 lbs.
K Series
Maximizing compression of the nitrogen
gas, Moeller's "K Series" delivers the greatest force in the
smallest body diameter by sealing on the cylinder wall instead of the
piston rod.
